Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
Handle field visits and HR operations across various locations within the state.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and grievances.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel within Karnataka as per business needs.
Female candidates preferred.
