Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find and evaluate potential candidates.
Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Mentorship: Train and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report findings to HR leadership.
Compliance & Process: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and company policies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
