Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive to join our team at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with strong knowledge of job portals and excellent communication skills to handle hiring and HR coordination tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through multiple job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other channels.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Ensure a professional and smooth candidate experience.

• Assist with employee engagement, documentation, and other HR functions when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or startup setup.

• Strong working knowledge of various job sites and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
