The HR & Admin Executive will manage recruitment (blue collar + white collar), statutory compliance, payroll support, and HR operations for both office and factory employees. Candidate must have experience in manufacturing HR, PF/ESIC compliance, Factory Act basics, and hiring for sales & field staff.
- End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees: operators, helpers, supervisors
- Hiring of white-collar employees including field sales & sales executives
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll input preparation
- Ensure PF, ESIC registration, compliance, and monthly submissions
- Maintain Factory Act records such as muster rolls, leave registers, working hour compliance
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and Code of Conduct
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Vendor management for housekeeping, security, and admin services
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and grievance handling
- Time-to-hire for factory and office roles
- Blue-collar hiring fulfillment rate vs. manpower plan
- White-collar hiring success, especially sales roles
- New hire retention rate (first 90 days)
- PF/ESIC compliance score and timely submission
- Zero non-compliance findings during audits
- Attendance & payroll accuracy rate
- Completion rate of employee files and statutory registers
- Employee grievance closure time
- Policy implementation adherence
