Job Overview: Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client organizations to gauge the root cause in order to reduce attrition rate.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees in a specific format
• Framing feedback for the responses captured from the employee
• Identifying the reason why employee left the company
• Probing about the factors that triggered employee to leave
• Should complete the required number of daily targetss
Requirements:
• Good communication, writing, listening and probing skills
• Good time management skills
• Personal laptop, mobile and a good internet connection
• Past HR/ psychology work experience would be preferred
• Education – for freshers - Psychology graduate or post graduate OR MBA in HR
