• Benefits and Compliance = Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws - Maintain accurate records and reports - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of On boarding & Induction process .
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities.
• Statutory Compliance = Coordinating with various consultants. Manage and coordinate payroll processes on a monthly basis. Resolve all payroll and statutory related queries as raised by staff. Employee File Management on HRIS. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.. Coordinate on all statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc).
