Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the talent acquisition process — from posting vacancies and shortlisting profiles to coordinating interviews and completing new-joiner formalities.
Handle routine HR administration tasks including documentation, filing, and employee data management.
Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Maintain updated HR documentation such as offer letters, notices, confirmations, and policy revisions.
Support employee onboarding, basic training coordination, and introduction to company systems.
Help maintain compliance requirements and HR standards across the company.
Act as a reliable point of contact for employees, addressing queries and ensuring clarity in communication.
Contribute to fostering a supportive and disciplined work environment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or people operations.
Strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer usage.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
