We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support our packaging plant operations in Dhanwada. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations aligned with the company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records (physical and digital) and update the HR database.
Support attendance and leave management using biometric or other tracking systems.
Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
Help coordinate employee training, inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
Support performance appraisal activities by maintaining records and assisting with feedback coordination.
Handle employee grievances or escalate them to the HR Manager.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at the plant level.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Coordinate with vendors for utilities, repairs, and facility maintenance.
Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness of the office and plant premises.
Maintain visitor logs and handle plant-level communications.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and welfare activities.
Maintain and control administrative records, files, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with labor laws, payroll basics, and HR operations.
