Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and scheduling candidates for interviews. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates for job openings.
Explain job roles and responsibilities to applicants.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain a database of candidates and update their status.
Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment processes.
Handle queries from candidates regarding job opportunities.
Ensure a smooth hiring experience for applicants.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English Communication .
