The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, personnel files).
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documents and orientation sessions.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting timesheets and attendance data.
Coordinate training and development programs, and track participation and feedback.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, and reports.
Handle routine HR queries from staff and redirect complex issues to the appropriate authority.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and uphold professional ethics.
