The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts and retains the best talent to meet business needs effectively.
Understand manpower requirements for various departments and develop effective recruitment plans.
Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to joining.
Conduct reference checks and support in offer roll-out & negotiation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with HR software (ATS systems, Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
