🔹 Key Responsibilities – Human Resource
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist HR Manager with payroll processing, performance management, and appraisals.
Conduct induction programs, coordinate training, and support employee engagement activities.
Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
🔹 Administration
Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and office maintenance.
Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting.
Provide data, reports, and administrative support to management.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any graduate (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and basic labor law knowledge.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
