About Us:

Integrated Flow tech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to Trading and Landscape Irrigation industry. We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant/Trainee to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.

• Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees.

• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous (up to 2 Year) experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
