Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and company fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with the HR Manager.
