We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will closely support the Head HR in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building a career in HR, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Assist the Head HR in managing end-to-end recruitment activities
Post job openings on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and databases
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and HR initiatives
Handle routine HR administrative tasks and provide operational support
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes
0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
