Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team in recruitment, documentation, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts: sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files

Support onboarding and exit formalities

Draft HR documents including offer letters and HR policies

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs

Maintain HR MIS reports and records

Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative HR support

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred

Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may apply

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
