We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The role involves handling daily administrative and HR-related tasks, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Handle HR documentation such as contracts, appointment letters, and HR policies.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualification:12Pass.(Freshers with internship experience can also apply).
