Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Utilize your expertise in recruitment to screen and shortlist candidates for various positions.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
4. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
6. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
7. Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements:
1. Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with recruitment portals.
2. Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English and Tamil for effective coordination.
3. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure seamless office operations.
