Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze HR data such as turnover rates, headcount, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement scores.
Create detailed reports and dashboards for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Use HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other tools to extract and analyze data.
Support workforce planning and forecasting through data trends.
Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, training ROI, absenteeism rate).
Assist with compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
Provide analytical support for HR projects and initiatives (e.g., DEI analysis, performance trends).
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and HR policies.
Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
Work collaboratively with HR team members and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS systems (like SAP, Oracle, Workday), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Understanding of HR functions and HR metrics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SQL or other data query tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or HR Analytics courses are a plus.
