🔍 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end client coordination and relationship management

New client acquisition across sectors (corporates, individuals, institutions)

Business generation and service proposal presentations

Negotiation and closing of deals with clients

Field visits, client meetings & travel as required

Recruitment coordination and manpower planning

Interacting with internal teams to fulfill service commitments

Managing daily HR data, client queries, and MIS reports

Smart and open-minded female candidate with strong communication skills

Confident in meeting clients and handling multiple tasks

Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (Kannada)

Ready to travel as needed

Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and social media communication

Prior experience in HR / business / client coordination is an advantage
