Role: HR & Business Development Specialist

This is a dual role where the candidate will handle both Human Resource responsibilities and contribute actively to business development, competitor analysis, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Recruitment & onboarding of sales, telecalling, and office staff.

• Employee engagement, training, and performance tracking.

• Payroll coordination and HR policy implementation.

• Creating a positive and productive work culture.

Business Development & Real Estate Growth:

• Conduct property market analysis and competitor research.

• Develop sales strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.

• Create concepts for marketing collaterals (brochures, social media campaigns, project presentations).

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.

• Work closely with sales and management teams to drive revenue growth.

• Suggest innovative ideas for branding and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or relevant field.

• 2–5 years of experience in HR and/or Business Development (Real Estate preferred).

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and property valuation.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (Tamil & English mandatory).

• Proactive, innovative, and capable of multitasking between HR and BD functions.

• Creative mindset for marketing/brochure concepts and business growth strategies.
