Key Responsibilities:
Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and ensure timely statutory compliance and returns.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with external consultants/government authorities for compliance matters.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and documentation.
Manage employee life cycle – joining, confirmation, transfers, resignations, full & final settlement.
Prepare HR reports and maintain statutory registers as per labour laws.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / related field.
3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, and compliance filing.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS/Payroll software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
