We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Admin to join our team at Taskbiz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple roles within the organization, including recruitment, office administration, vendor coordination, and staff management.
Recruitment & HR:
Identify potential candidates through various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Conduct background verification checks.
Handle staff issues, salary processing, and advance disbursement.
Office Administration:
Handle purchases, vendor management, and other office operations.
Manage and maintain office supplies and coordinate logistics.
Social Media & Platforms:
Manage company’s social media profiles and online presence.
Handle inquiries and leads through platforms like IndiaMART.
Proven experience in office coordination or HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Familiarity with social media management and platforms like IndiaMART.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and HR processes.
