Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of office support tasks while ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, well-organized office environment

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement

• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars

• Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics

• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital)

• Coordinate with various departments for internal support and communication

• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and basic IT support needs

• Handle courier services, visitor management, and front desk duties (if applicable)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
