Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs for all plant employees.
Handle employee lifecycle activities (joining, induction, confirmation, exit formalities, etc.).
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Support recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, coordinating with agencies, onboarding new hires.
Assist in performance management and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies at the plant level.
Manage contract labor documentation, muster rolls, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and maintain healthy employee relations.
Oversee plant office administration – housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, stationery, and maintenance.
Manage vendor coordination for facility and administrative services.
Support in safety, health, and environment (SHE) initiatives.
Coordinate welfare activities and employee engagement programs at the plant.
Assist in audits (HR, ISO, compliance) and documentation as required.
