Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and data accurately
Execute induction, orientation, and employee engagement programs
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and leave management
Address employee grievances
Handle Administration related work
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
