Job Description – HR Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth functioning of daily HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, personal data) in HR systems.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth joining and exit formalities.

• Support in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Handle employee engagement activities, events, and grievance redressal in collaboration with HR team.

• Assist in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave data.

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

• Coordinate performance review processes and training sessions.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR coordination or related HR role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an added advantage.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
