Job Description: HR Admin
Position: Human Resources Intern
Location: Sector 135, Noida
Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)
Stipend: 5000/-
Type:Hybrid

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

• Help with onboarding and documentation processes

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases

• Support HR activities like employee engagement programs and training sessions

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications

• Contribute to HR reports and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
