Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Maintain and update HR records and databases (digital & physical)
Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding formalities
Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, leaves, and benefits
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations
Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts department
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Support audits and HR reporting as needed
Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure
Familiarity with handling HR functions in SME or mid-sized organizations preferred
