Work Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in handling entire HR-Admin tasks of an organisation independently
Annual CTC Range: Rs 3.5 Lac per annum (LPA ) or Monthly Rs 28750 month

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with MBA or equivalent course in Human Resource Management (HRM)
Key Skills:
· Knowledge of Payroll process, statutory compliance like minimum wages act, PF ESIC act, increment
· Knowledge of recruitment process, initial screening , line ups managing onboarding and joining formalities,
· Knowledge and experience of managing leaves, holidays, attendance, increment, transfer exit of any employee.
· Adequate written and verbal communication skills in English, negotiation skills
· Well-conversant MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
· Looking after administrative tasks like issue of I cards, stationery,handling events, supervising housekeeping or any infra structure requirements, handling guests etc.
· Ability to work under tight timelines
· Trustworthiness, team player
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prepare Monthly Salary Sheets and manage the payroll
· Managing statutory compliance like minimum wages act, PF ESIC act
· Maintaining Employee records in HRMS
· Manage and maintain attendance and leaves
· Initial hiring interviews and scheduling interviews of candidates, fixing salary, managing onboarding and joining formalities
· Making plans for office functions, Annual Days, Award Functions etc.
· Managing salary revisions based on performance
· Managing employee policies
