Position: Field OfficerJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Field Officer to manage ground-level operations, workforce deployment, and client coordination for various hospitality and facility management projects across Delhi.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day field operations and ensure timely deployment of manpower.

• Source, recruit, and manage white-collar and blue-collar workers as per client requirements.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and operational efficiency.

• Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Resolve on-ground issues promptly and maintain service continuity.

• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Maintain attendance records, field reports, and manpower data.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in facility management, hospitality operations, or manpower sourcing.

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR geography and labor dynamics.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

• Ability to travel across multiple sites regularly.

• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation.
