Key Responsibilities:
Visit different locations to identify and source candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, screenings, and initial evaluations.
Build and maintain relationships with local networks, agencies, and institutions for candidate sourcing.
Ensure timely hiring to meet project and company needs.
Support in onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably field hiring.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet manpower targets.
Good communication skills (local language knowledge is a plus).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
