Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales and HR teams to fulfill hiring needs for Field Sales Executives across assigned territories/clustersSource high-volume candidates through field scouting, job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, local vendors, and blue-collar job platforms.Conduct initial screenings to assess sales aptitude, local area knowledge, and communication skills.Organize and conduct on-ground hiring drives at hotspots like markets, colleges, and community centers.Ensure fast and compliant onboarding, including document verification and training coordination.Act as a brand ambassador for Paytm while interacting with candidates and local communities.Daily Check- in and Check out in allocated location is mandatory in GG appKey Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in the fintech or logistics industry.Hands-on experience hiring for blue-collar or field sales roles .Strong sourcing skills using local networks, community relationships, field visits, and job portals like Apna, WorkIndia, etc.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and basic EnglishFamiliarity with fintech tools like UPI, QR, soundbox.Compensation & Benefits:
