Job Description -

• To hire required field staffs at different parts of the state for sales team.

• Screening, Documentation and Onboarding process handling for the candidates.

• "Baby Care" handholding and training of Business process integration of new joiners.

• Hirings are expected to be done from self sourced channels ( own Job Portals, Social Platforms, References, Realtime Market Storming, Job Fair, etc)

• Performance centric job. Expected monthly joining capacity 3 per district per month minimum.

• Job also requires to travel on field with business team for hiring activities.
  
  Salary - Best in the industry and will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance. If you are best fit, package will be worth it.
  
  Preferences -

• Higher Education with good experience is preferred.

• Must have knowledge of independent hiring process, freelancing also considerable with proper proof.

• Self-sourcing and thorough screening of candidates are important.

• High chances for candidates with talent acquisition background with/without payroll.
