We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented individual to join our security services team as a Field Officer – Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified security guards to meet the operational demands across various client sites.
Recruitment & Sourcing
Identify and source potential candidates (security guards) through field visits, local agencies, references, and job camps.
Conduct recruitment drives in rural and urban areas.
Build a network of agents, ex-servicemen associations, and village coordinators for regular manpower supply.
Screening & Selection
Conduct preliminary screening, background checks, and physical fitness assessments.
Verify documents like ID proofs, address verification, and previous employment records.
Ensure candidates meet company and client-specific eligibility criteria.
Onboarding & Deployment
Facilitate medical tests, police verification, and documentation for selected candidates.
Coordinate with operations team for guard placement and site deployment.
Ensure smooth joining and orientation of new recruits.
