We are looking for a Field recruiter to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Trade Promoter (TP) and DSR roles across multiple cities and states.
• Coordinate interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidates meet sales, communication, and technical fitment for Client's retail program.
• Verify documents, and ensure all joining formalities are completed smoothly.
2. Regional & Territory-Based Hiring
• Work closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and program manager to identify manpower gaps and hiring needs.
• Prioritize hiring in high-potential or underpenetrated markets based on business targets.
• Maintain a live tracker of open positions, hiring progress, and new joiners by location.
3. Candidate Profiling & Fitment
• Understand the ideal candidate profile for retail lubricant sales—experience in channel sales, familiarity with auto aftermarket, strong communication, and basic product understanding.
• Evaluate soft skills such as grooming, language fluency (regional and English), confidence, and persuasion ability—key traits for field sales roles.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with internal HR and deployment managers to ensure timely onboarding.
• Communicate regularly with the client and distributors for early feedback on new hires and alignment on manpower requirements.
5. Documentation & Compliance
• Collect and verify necessary documents (KYC, educational certificates, previous employment, etc.) for onboarding and audits.
• Ensure adherence to client recruitment process, compliance policies, and manpower standards.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in recruiting the retail team for the automotive industry
Understanding of various dealership roles – DSRs, Technicians, Trade Promoters etc.
Exposure to blue-collar or entry-level white-collar hiring is a strong plus
Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance
Multilingual abilities (for pan-India hiring).
