Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes at field locations, focusing on high-volume hiring, frontline workforce recruitment, and ensuring the right talent pipeline is built to meet operational needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and frontline roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, job fairs, and local networks.

• Conduct field visits to communities, colleges, training institutes, and hiring hubs to attract talent.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role requirements.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Coordinate background checks, documentation, and onboarding processes.

• Ensure timely hiring to meet business targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong networks with local agencies, community organizations, and labor suppliers.

• Represent the company’s brand professionally to attract talent and enhance employer branding at the grassroots level.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in field recruitment or high-volume hiring.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

• Familiarity with local labor markets and sourcing techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment drives and field activities.
