You will work closely with the HR and operations team to meet monthly hiring targets and maintain proper documentation and candidate records. The ideal candidate should be at least 10+2 qualified, with prior experience in recruitment or fieldwork preferred. Owning a bike is mandatory, as the role involves regular travel within Delhi NCR. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and have basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel or Google Sheets.
