 Role: Field Recruiter / Senior Field Recruiter
 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
 Experience: 1–4 Years

 Key Responsibilities:
 End-to-end hiring of delivery partners/riders
 Conducting field visits, walk-in drives, and local outreach
 Sourcing via ground-level channels, referrals & community networks
 Interviewing, documentation & onboarding
 Maintaining hiring dashboards & reports

 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of field or volume recruitment experience

• Excellent communication & people skills

• Self-motivated and target-focused

• Fluency in Kannada is a must (regional language is essential)

• Knowledge of Karnataka’s geography and hiring landscape is an added advantage
