Job Summary:
The Administration Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, management, and facilities of a property that includes a residential school campus in Lonavala. The campus includes academic and admin blocks, girls' hostels, boys' hostels, kitchen & dining hall, an indoor sports complex, outside courts, grounds, gardens, a swimming pool, residential staff quarters and vacant land beyond the boundary walls of the school campus. The property is part of a village and comes under the jurisdiction of the Gram Panchayat. Regular liaison with the Gram Panchayat, local authorities and ensuring harmonious existence for the school and the organization will be a prime role of the Estate Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration). Any other graduate degree will also be accepted.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably in an educational, hotel or residential campus setting. Experience in the defence services will be a great advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a large-scale campus operation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and security best practices.
- Willingness to live on campus. Knowledge of Marathi or Hindi is essential.
