Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Handle contract labour management in coordination with vendors.
Performance Management & Training
Assist in implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS).
Conduct training programs on safety, compliance, and skill development.
Support career development initiatives for workers and staff.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Supervise payroll processing and attendance management.
Monitor overtime, allowances, and incentive payouts.
Coordinate with finance for accurate salary disbursement.
Policy Implementation & Strategy
Implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Support management in workforce planning and cost optimization.
Provide HR analytics and reports for decision-making.
