Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring Statutory Compliance Like PF, ESIC & LWF Preparation of Muster Roll / Wage register, Online Challan Preparation of PF, ESIC & PT Challans, Legal Statutory, returns like Bonus/ Maternity, Pay Roll, Good Knowledge of Labour Laws etc.
Should have knowledge with regards to Maintenance of various records/Register under Contract Labour Act and submission of returns under said act.
Experience on preparation of Salary/Over Time in software is preferable.
Statutory Compliance / Inspection Related to PF & ESI
Timely submission of Statutory Contribution and Compliances.
As follow Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970
As follow Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act 1965
As follow Payment of Bonus Act 1965
As follow Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
As follow Minimum Wages Act,1948
As follow EPF Act 1952
As follow ESI Act, 1948
Collect daily, weekly or monthly compliance timesheets.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have good working knowledge in Excel.
