Position: Internal Trainer- Service- Nexa Patliputra
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment:
Identifying the specific training requirements for service personnel based on performance gaps, new technologies, or changing service procedures.
Training Material Development:
Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and effective.
Training Delivery:
Conducting both classroom-based training sessions and on-the-job coaching to impart technical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and service best practices.
Performance Evaluation:
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback sessions, to identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Recommending and implementing improvements to service processes based on training outcomes and best practices.
Technical Expertise:
Possessing a strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures, as well as familiarity with the latest technologies.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Effectively communicating technical information to diverse audiences and building rapport with trainees.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing reports on training activities, trainee progress, and program effectiveness.
Customer Satisfaction:
Contributing to improved customer satisfaction by ensuring service personnel are well-trained to deliver high-quality service.
