The Delegated Resource (DR) will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing all internal training materials, templates, videos, and reference documents. This role supports teams by ensuring they have the right resources, guides, and tools to perform their tasks efficiently. The DR must proactively identify work requirements, gather information, and develop high-quality training and support materials.
Create training documents, SOPs, guides, and manuals for different departments
Develop easy-to-understand training videos and walkthroughs
Update existing training content based on process changes
Ensure all training materials are visually clear, professional, and well-structured
Develop standardized templates for reporting, documentation, communication, and operations
Maintain a centralized library of templates for easy access
Customize templates based on departmental needs
Record, edit, and publish how-to videos, process videos, and training tutorials
Use simple tools to create screen recordings, voiceovers, and step-by-step guides
Ensure videos are clear, professional, and easy to follow
Understand the tasks delegated by management
Identify what information is needed and research accordingly
Collect data, gather screenshots, and observe workflows to prepare accurate materials
Coordinate with team members to obtain content insights
Maintain an organized folder structure for all training files, templates, and videos
Ensure all documents are updated, version-controlled, and accessible
Share resources with teams through Google Drive, shared folders, or internal systems
Support teams by providing guides when new processes, software, or tools are introduced
Assist in documenting workflows, checklists, and operational procedures
Ensure new joiners receive proper training materials
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to create clear, structured training materials
Good understanding of basic design/layout for templates
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
Basic video recording/editing skills (using tools like Canva, Clipchamp, Loom, etc.)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to understand tasks independently and create the required resources without supervision
Experience in training development, documentation, or content creation (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of process mapping or workflow documentation
Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex tasks
Someone who is proactive, organized, creative, and able to convert day-to-day work into structured training materials that help teams work better and faster.
