The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with managers.
Designing Training Programs
Develop training modules, learning paths, and development plans aligned with organizational goals.
Delivering Training
Conduct classroom sessions, e-learning, workshops, or on-the-job training.
Employee Development
Focus on skill enhancement, leadership development, and succession planning.
Performance Improvement
Bridge skill gaps to improve productivity and employee engagement.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Track training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and KPIs (ROI of training).
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
