✨ Job Responsibilities:
Call candidates who apply via job portals (Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
Explain the job role clearly and professionally
Shortlist and schedule them for interviews at our office location (Raju Park, Khanpur, New Delhi)
Follow up with candidates until they appear for the interview
Maintain basic Excel records of shortlisted and hired candidates
Coordinate with the internal team for interview updates
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in hiring/recruitment or HR-related tasks
Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication
Good phone etiquette and convincing skills
Must have a working phone and internet connection
Self-motivated and responsible with timely follow-ups
📌 Payment Details:
₹3500 for every 4 confirmed hires (candidates who join and stay at least 1 week)
This is a performance-based role with flexible working hours
