Job Summary: Manages end-to-end HR functions for the real estate sales department, including payroll, comprehensive sales performance tracking, strategic staffing, and compliance. Requires a proactive and leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end monthly payroll for the real estate sales department, including incentives.
Oversee attendance and leave management for the entire sales team.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking sales deals, prospects, and performance metrics; calculate incentives.
Identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle for sales representatives.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies; handle grievances.
Act as primary HR contact for sales employees; foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.

Proven experience in payroll processing and sales incentive calculations.
Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing strategies.
