Job Description / Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment
• Sourcing and screening resumes as per the Job Description through job sites & Recruitment Consultants
• Coordinating and Scheduling for interviews with candidates and Interviewers.
• Maintaining a database of the candidates.
2) HR Operations
Pre-Joining Formalities:
• Issuing Offer Letter.
On Boarding:
• Complete joining formalities and documentation.
• Issuing Appointment Letter.
3) Employee Relations / Engagement:
• Maintaining and issuing of leave letters to all employees.
• Reconciliation of leave data and attendance records.
• Maintaining and managing time records of employees.
• Issuing Relieving Letter or Experience Letter.
• Preparing Full and Final Settlement and ensuring smooth exit through No Due Certificate Sign offs.
• Celebrating an employee's birthday.
• Organizing parties and celebration of festivals.
• Active participation in organization of staff picnics.
4)Administrative:
• Requisition for all the printing items. (Visiting Cards, Envelopes, vouchers, challans & Letter Heads)
• Maintaining the Bill details for the payments.
• Also maintaining the annual contract for Stationary, Printing, Security, Fire and Air Conditioners.
• Handling day to day office related activities.
• Booking flight tickets and train tickets Authorising Conveyance vouchers and Travel expenses.
• Foreign Travel booking and Visa arrangements and liasioning .
• Arranging Insurance Policies for Foreign travels and Car and Car Servicing and Maintenance .
• Admin Vendor management.
5) Payroll:
• Employee Attendance data preparation
• Sending Attendance & Salary Inputs to the consultants.
• Coordinating with consultants for PF, PT payments & Challans.
• Sending monthly Pay slips to all employees.
• Maintaining Staff contact data
• Handling routine e-mails
• Compensation & Benefits
• Looking after welfare facilities
• Employee Record Maintenance
• Policy Implementation
• Performance Appraisal
• Training & Development
• Employee Relations (Grievance Handling)
