We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative and operational activities of our office. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the office opens and closes on time, maintain office supplies, support employees with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Open and close the office daily as per the scheduled working hours
Ensure general orderliness of the office
Monitor and manage office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and basic consumables
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning services, internet, electricity, and other utilities
Assist employees with basic administrative support such as document printing, scanning, courier handling, and record maintenance
Handle inward and outward courier, deliveries, and visitor coordination
Maintain basic office records, employee attendance, and daily activity logs
Provide support to HR and Accounts teams for simple administrative tasks (file handling, document coordination, etc.)
Report any office-related issues to management promptly
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
0–2 years of experience in office administration (Freshers can apply)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Self-disciplined, punctual, and responsible
Ability to multitask and handle daily office operations independently
