Work Experience and qualification:-
FRESHER OR 1- 2 year of experience in Front desk/reception administration.
Bachelors' degree.
Basic requirement:-
Understand & Speak in English Language.
Proficient in computer usage and in MS Excel.
Job Responsibilities:-
Take full care of the front desk (call transfer, greeting and taking information of incoming people, and informing the person concerned about it)
Keeping a proper record of Visitors registers for Office Employees, HR and others.
Visitors register for HR, Management & others, attendance of the support staff on register & excel.
Any advance records for the support staff on excel and any extra working done by the support staff, night duty official working of the support staff.
Take care of office administration: furniture maintenance, electricity issues or any other issues as and when they occur.
Maintain Log books for Fuel Reading and Maintenance of the vehicles and keep the vehicles full with the fuel as and when needed.
Courier received, Items Dispatched from office, Items Received at the office.
Keeping a coordination with the drivers working as well as coordinating with other departments for their working.
Do the task assign by the HR or Management completely, on priority.

Salary:- Rs.12,000 - 15,000/- pm + PF/ESIC + others.
